Log in to My Account to make payments using a credit card or bank account. You also can view your bill, schedule automatic monthly payments, view online payment activity, view and download past bills, switch to paperless billing, stop, add or transfer water service.

If you think you’ve been billed incorrectly, please review our rates, fees and charges, chat with us or call Customer Care at 702-870-4194 during regular business hours.

The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.

At our kiosks

Make payments by visiting one of the self-service kiosks at our Valley View office located at 1001 S. Valley View Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107. A walk-up and drive-up kiosk are located outside the lobby and are available for customer use 24 hours a day.

The kiosks accept cash (indoor kiosk only), check, debit card (with credit card logo), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club International (with Discover or MasterCard logo). NOTE: Outdoor kiosks do not take cash.

Big Bend Water District customers may make check, credit card and cash payments at the kiosk located at 1520 Thomas Edison Drive.

At our lobby

Visit our lobby during normal business hours, Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. to pay with cash, check, debit card (with credit card logo), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club International (with Discover or MasterCard logo).

At a grocery store or retail outlet

You can pay your bill at several local grocery stores and retail outlets including most Albertson’s, Smith’s Grocery, Walgreen’s, and Walmart locations. Out of town? You can pay your bill at most Western Union locations.

NOTE: All payments take approximately two to three business days to post. In certain situations, it may take up to five business days. We recommend scheduling your payment at least five business days before your bill is due.

For immediate credit, make your payment at the self-service payment kiosks described above.

Find a Payment Location Our easy-to-use voice-response system is available 24 hours a day and will guide you through:

  • Checking your account status
  • Hearing your payment due date
  • Finding a payment location near you
  • Making payments over the phone

To make payments by phone, you must have a current telephone number associated with your account. If so, then please:

  1. Call 702-870-4194 from the phone number listed in your account.
  2. When prompted to do so, please say “make a payment.” If you cannot call from the phone number listed on your account, you will be asked to verify your account by entering two of the following:
  • The phone number associated with your account
  • Your account number
  • The last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number

Once you have verified your account, you may obtain information or pay your bill using your Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club International card.

If you encounter problems using the system or would like to make sure the Water District has your correct telephone number, call Customer Care at 702-870-4194 during regular business hours to speak with a representative.

If the District has recorded a lien on your property and you need to submit payment to have the lien released, the District will promptly release the lien on the property upon notification of your impending payment and after you have paid the balance in full.

If paying by personal check or cashier’s check, the release of lien will not be recorded until the check has been cleared with the bank. Please be aware that the District will not accept payment by credit/debit card to release the lien.
